“Staying at out town at spring hills suites in Addison(don’t stay there) and our catalytic converter was stolen in broad day light. Needed to leave the next morning and dealership said they have a 6 mo back order for that part. Called a few shops in the area and this shop was super helpful over the phone said he could fix it right away when they open in the morning with an aftermarket catalytic converter. Got there at 8:30 and was done in an hour. Very talented welder. No check engine light like a lot of people warn about using the am catalytic converter. Amazing service!”

“Dr. Hollenshead and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! She became my Doctor before starting her Concierge Practice. I loved her when she was a part of Uptown Medical Group and would drive any distance necessary to stay with her! Dr. Hollenshead has always been interested in discussing anything that was going on with life that might impact my health. That said, I can't say enough about her Concierge Practice. You feel like you have your own personal medical office with dedicated staff! There is never a wait time, you never are made to feel like Dr. Hollenshead is "rushed", the office is aesthetically pleasing, and extremely clean. (You certainly don't feel like you're in a Medial facility! I've been to some facilities that certainly didn't appear clean.) I have grown to view upcoming appointment(s) with excitement. I'm excited to see everyone at the office. In short, it feels like a "gathering" of friends ... with one exception; I ALWAYS get the best advice and leave feeling much better ... even if it's a routine visit, I'm not sick or have anything impacting my health. If you expect / want a Doctor and facility that treats not only your symptoms and known / ongoing issues, but rather partners with you to assist with success in meeting your personal health related goals, you need to to utilize this office / Doctor.”

“I normally don't review doctors, Dr. Simpson deserves it. He sure is someone I would trust my life with. First let me tell you a little bit about my experience, I was referred to Dr. Simpson by the emergency room on a Tuesday night. I called the office Wednesday morning and they got me In by Friday! This was the first point I was extremely happy with them, if you're reading this I'm sure you know back pain is awful I was expecting a wait of a week or two. After speaking with the front desk and setting up my appointment they briefed me on the best way to get there and where to park, the nice lady also sent the paperwork over email which really helped. She gave me the option to come in an hour early to fill the paperwork out or do it online. The paperwork really does take an hour! Simpson came in. He is a brilliant Dr with a fantastic bedside manner.. god forbid I have further back issues but if I do I know I'm in great hands with Dr. Simpson”
