Lots of shade park is covered.
Has lots of space. Have about three areas where you can have a party you just have to call to make reservations. I also like the fact that they have plenty of benches all around the park so that it is very convenient to watch your children. They have restrooms here. Not portable potties. But actual restrooms. Now I will say this the parks and recreation Department try their best to keep up with the cleanliness but from time to time the little ones go in mess it up. I will say this make sure you bring your own soap if possible and sanitizer. This park is better than the rest because it is covered. The have plenty of parking and they also have a trail that you can walk or ride your bike.
(September 20, 2019, 1:29 pm)Nice Park. Has a walking trail named Roy Orr Trail. Big Covered Pavilions with plenty of shade and iron picnic tables. Drinking fountains, ample parking and a kids play area. Very clean as well
(August 27, 2019, 6:37 pm)Love this park but go early when it's not crowded. Also watch out for the ants near the tables in the play area. It had to be a fire ant that bit me because my toe eventually looked as it needed a dermatologist for a hit pimple. please wear sneakers. Lost a star for that nasty ant
