(October 29, 2020, 12:41 am)Dreton Mitchell is an asset to the company. I have been with Chase for many years and yet I have never received customer service like the customer service that was performed by this young man. A willingness to help, well versed, overall an entrepreneur of his area.
I came in to the branch needing to retrieve 2019 documents. He relentlessly searched for the transactions without any dispositions of not wanting to help. He showed me how to further search on my phone and gave me some nuggets on how to make my account secure. I left feeling like a VIP client, I left feeling good. He even said that he would follow up with me to make sure that I accomplish my goal of locating the transactions. Wow! That's customer service.
