My company requires our scales to be calibrated each quarter and Pioneer always accommodates our busy schedule. Our scales get a tremendous work out daily and Pioneer scales are tough and durable. Whenever we have any problems they respond right away with great professionalism. Their products and level of customer service is the best in this business.
