“I found this company on Google. A technician came and cleaned our bedroom carpets and they look fantastic! ! ! He was able to get EVERY stain out of our white carpet. The price was very affordable. For our two bedroom and one walk in closet I paid a very decent price. He was very friendly and professional. A couple hours after he was finished I received a call just to make sure I was satisfied with the services. I will definitely give them a call when it is time to clean my carpets again.”

“We have used Landers quite a few times because we are under warranty still with our new home. Landers is who our builder uses. Our first two experiences weren't the greatest, as the guy showed up 3 hours late and was suppose to call 5 minutes before he got here and didn't. He came here at 9 at night, which for us and most is to late. The third and fourth time was very pleasant. Our service with Josh these last times have been great. He calls with updates frequently and always shows up on time with a smile. He also takes the time to shake my hand, which I like. He is very professional. The only reason I gave Landers 4 stars is because the first two experiences with another guy was not good at all. If we had been dealing with Josh the entire time I would have given them 5 stars. I would only recommend Landers to others if Josh was the one that would be helping them.”

“This is a very recently renovated business. The owners have made this into a very nice and comfortable place to wash laundry. Brand new washer and dryers accept cash, credit card or debit cards to operate. Two TVs, one in Spanish and one in English with an attendant always present to assist. Coin and Credit/Debit Card operated massage lazy boy chairs (2). Free coffee and a customers only bathroom. In addition they have a one-day laundry service in which you can drop off your laundry and it will be done for you by end of day (pay per pound for service) which will be neatly folded at pick up.”
