Yeah I was called to discuss what I was needing which I needed the therapy to go which means they come to my home. They talked to me over the phone for about 20 minutes then they came in about an hour later to the home and sent in hey EMT his name was Chad he did an outstanding job very very professional they put me on a visual phone call with the physician. The physician asked a number of questions after that I signed off on a document to say I agreed with what they're going to do then he started the IV during the IV he took a pause and gave me a shot a booster shot of magnesium finish the IV I answered a couple more questions all done extremely professional! Would highly recommend and I was extremely dehydrated this has helped a lot and because of my situation I'll be doing it again with in a week and I'll be doing it with them and thank you very much for everything you do ivy therapy to go and Chad

Update: They were extra busy today. 1.2 hours after my scheduled appointment I got a call explaining the situation. Appointment started 2.9 hours after the scheduled time. At some point though, the system kicked in and I had plenty of updates of the situation.

Everyone was courteous, professional, and pleasant to talk with. COVID-19 responsibly dressed. Service was convenient; and the doctor took the time to make sure the therapy was appropriate and sufficient.

All in all, I would recommend this service, though there are logistical kinks to work out.

When I became dehydrated, I found myself searching online for a place that could come to my home to avoid the hospitals. Chad was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made the process very pain free. Definitely will be using them again.

Christina is the absolute best! I honestly felt too sick to go the doctor, and having them come to me in a timely manner was perfect. With the current situation, I felt much safer having someone come to me and she arrived prepared and clearly following sanitation protocol. I loved Christina's lighthearted personality and her attention to my care and well being. She took my history then a video visit with an excellent physician named Dr. Pillai ( who was also amazing ). They had me feeling better before Christina left. I am so pleased that I found them and recommend them 100 percent.

Christina was a true gift! It was such a pleasure to have an opportunity to stay at home to receive medical care! This was something new to me. I knew that I needed extra medical attention. I did not want to risk going anywhere. She took my history then a video visit with a physician ( who was amazing ). I was very confident in the care that I received and will not hesitate to call them again. ?
