(August 2, 2017, 4:50 pm)My husband and I purchased our carpet from a local retailer who subcontracted the installation to Sun Carpet in Farmers Branch. From our initial call to Ken to schedule the installation to the actual date of installation we were very impressed by their customer service and quality workmanship! We had previously used a different flooring subcontractor and unfortunately had a bad experience. Ken was polite and professional on the phone and followed up to make sure we were pleased with their service. The employees he sent to our home were very respectful of our belongings, the noise and our time. They worked tirelessly all day to complete the project and couldn’t have done a better job. They made sure our home was spotless before leaving. We highly recommend Sun Carpet and will absolutely use them again in the future!
