The Lively at Firewheel

I've lived at the The Lively at Firewheel for a year now, and currently in process of renewing my lease. From the moment I've moved in, every time there's been an issue The Lively Team have worked quickly to resolve it. Erika, Amber, and Roxy are kind, professional, and always sending out updates as to what is going on to keep the community informed. James, the head of maintenance, and his team have always fixed every issue promptly and quickly. Every time I've put in a work order, it's been resolved in less than 24 hours. I understand that everyone has a right to their opinions, but I disagree with most of the complaints and grievances listed below; that hasn't been my experience at all. If you are looking for a great community to live in with nice modern finishes and all appliances provided, then check out The Lively at Firewheel... you won't be disappointed.

First of all, I can not believe how many bad reviews this property has…

I have lived here since my building opened in September 2021 and just signed a renewal this week. This place is great, I will tell you some of the people that live here are the ones who trash the place, have the unauthorized people living with them, and causing the parking issues. So thank your neighbor. I absolutely love the office staff and maintenance staff. If you obey by the rules, you should have no problems. I work in the Industry, so 9-10 times if you write a bad review, you are the issue. Maintenance issues happen too, what do you expect a perfect home??? Good luck, doesn’t even happen when you own your own home. See how long it takes for someone to come repair your a/c and the cost that is involved out of your pocket. So tired of people complaining. I absolutely love my apartment, my GUEST have no issues parking, I’ve had two maintenance repairs in 9 months and both were repaired within the hour after I reported them, the office and maintenance teams are amazing.

Wonderful place to live! Directly across the street from Firewheel Mall with little to no traffic, making it extremely accessible. Comes with everything you’d need and expect from an apartment, the quality of the amenities are amazing and look to be brand new! apartments are newly built and modern with high ceilings making it feel very spacious and roomy.

The only complaint I have is about the people who live here and that’s only because everyone seems so entitled. The Lively is a great place to be with very helpful and amazing staff.

Also, for people who leave bad reviews about there being no parking, maybe you should try complaining about the people who use the free parking spaces as storage for their car.. *cough* Steven..
