“First of all, I can not believe how many bad reviews this property has… I have lived here since my building opened in September 2021 and just signed a renewal this week. This place is great, I will tell you some of the people that live here are the ones who trash the place, have the unauthorized people living with them, and causing the parking issues. So thank your neighbor. I absolutely love the office staff and maintenance staff. If you obey by the rules, you should have no problems. I work in the Industry, so 9-10 times if you write a bad review, you are the issue. Maintenance issues happen too, what do you expect a perfect home??? Good luck, doesn’t even happen when you own your own home. See how long it takes for someone to come repair your a/c and the cost that is involved out of your pocket. So tired of people complaining. I absolutely love my apartment, my GUEST have no issues parking, I’ve had two maintenance repairs in 9 months and both were repaired within the hour after I reported them, the office and maintenance teams are amazing.”

“While this location may not be the best because it's not an actual starbucks with 100% of the menu, I have never had an issue with my order. The staff is always super friendly, I just wish they would put more people working during busy hours at Tomb Thumb so the wait wouldn't be so long and the barista doesn't feel so rushed and overwhelmed. I have seen staff here deal with some difficult situations with customers being frustrated because they do not offer a particular drink/food and the barista tries their best to explain that they are not a full Starbucks store and they do run out of things just like a normal store. The staff always has smiles on their faces, and I always tip these baristas more because of this.”

“This section will burn the legs &, at speed, the lungs. It's kind of an odd section of trail, with some hairy short drop, weird sections of broken asphalt or concrete that came from who knows where, & some tough hop-ups/climbs along Firewheel that can blow up a tubed tire. That's not to say that there are not some parts of good flow. Just assume the trail builders have thrown in some chicane or obstacle just when u start to settle in. Overall, a distinct section from rest of RCP”

“I have been going to the Family Allergy Clinic's Garland, TX location for over 4 years, and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Page and his staff are very professional and good at what they do. Having said that, they are also very caring, friendly and personable. When I started taking shots, I had to go every week; but now, I am going every three weeks for shots with an annual visit to see Dr. Page to determine how I am doing. I highly recommend this Clinic for whatever allergy problems you may be having.”
