I’ve been taken advantage of in the past with computer & phone repair places and even went to Apple all the way in Norfolk to get help and was sent home with with little to no answers and results. I’ve been taking my devices to Alan Healy at the Computer Concepts Store and could not be happier. Alan always goes above and beyond and takes the time to explain what the issues are. Almost all of my business runs from my laptop so it’s important to me that I’m never without my device for long. The prices are always fair and reasonable and they are trustworthy and honest. The people they have working there are very experienced and knowledgeable. They also have exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your repair needs. 5 plus STARS!!! I had a Mac desktop repaired—they thoroughly explained every step, gave me the pricing options upfront and had me in/out in a week! All of this w/a military discount. Search no further for your computer needs.
