“So happy to have found this Drs office, when you walk in until you leave you do not feel uncomfortable at all!! The lady at the front desk, Valerie or Vanessa cant remember her name is so welcoming and then , the appointment wait time is not long at all THEN..... You meet Jane and what a God send. She thoroughly explains everything to you and what to expect. my daughter could possibly be high risk so she even sent her over a weekend for extra test. They answer your questions even if you call and dont understand Jane will get on the phone and explain. I am so happy we are about to spend the next several months with all of them!!”

“Despite the fact that this is an awful Walmart location, it does not apply to the Clinic here. As an URGENT care clinic, I give it 5 stars. You come here for urgent care needs and you are welcomed with exceptional service. I have been an urgent care patient here for 5 years now and love the convenience. I received my flu shot this year from the nurse Yolanda and didn’t feel a thing! Yolanda, the Nurse Practitioner Lisa, and the rest of staff always maintain a positive attitude despite the disrespectful customers I have personally seen them deal with over the years (folks, please respect our health care workers during these unprecedented times). I have been seen for small things such as a slight cough or sore throat. I do not recommend this as a primary care clinic and do see a primary care physician and specialists for my other medical needs. I highly advise people to keep in mind that this is an urgent care clinic and not all issues may be treated.”

Dr Clarke and his understudies always take the time to answer all my questions and to ask about my overall well-being, in addition to treating the original reason for the Dr’s visit. My prescriptions & refills are sent to my pharmacy on time and I rarely ever have to wait. Additionally, the staff at check-in/out are always kind and smiling and willing to help!
