“I would say this place is great but lack of making it fair for people who wait in line. People literally cut in line to the front or put there chair one day a head of time while I’m waiting since 7AM. Once the doors open people from the very back start running towards the front and push. I’ve been pushed every time I come on Friday’s the past 3 Friday’s now. Apparently from what one of people who placed there chair a day ahead said, they called the owner themselves and gave them permission. There is absolutely no point in waking up early in the morning is people already putting there chair one day a head and arrive at 9AM, while I’m waiting since 7AM.”

“I've had a Format DL34 for a few years now. I feel I got way more than I paid for with this thing. Customer experience was great as far as I recall. I remember asking a bunch of questions on Messenger before ever even going to look in person and getting replies quickly at all times of the night. If the time comes to upgrade I know this is where I will go first. I'm very impressed with the Format brand. They also have some other brands and even resell the trade ins so you may find a good deal on a box store safe if you're looking for a cheaper deal.”

“I have been dealing with Jose and Jeff since 2016. I have purchased a living room set, dinning room set, entertainment center, and several beds from them. He has always taken care of what ever issues I have had. Also Jose has delivered my stuff every time and let tell you I live no where near there store. I have had ups and downs when it came to being able to make my payments. Jose is awesome he worked with me even when he probably shouldn’t have. Let’s face the facts people and be honest, if we could afford to finance things we wouldn’t be going to a rental company. Yes you are going to pay probably 3xs the amount that you would if you finance thru a normal bank. Word of advice contact them before your actual due date and they will work with you.”

“So far, I like it here. For the most part, it is quiet. The neighbors are helpful. I checked a few things on the inventory sheet and a maintenance person came as soon as possible for repairs. The manager, JoAnne was professional, friendly, and helpful. Since I am new to the area, I asked where the best food is and she told me about some of the restaurants nearby. She definitely made the moving experience most enjoyable.”

And a big box of food once every 2 mths. They are very nice people. I you can also attend their church service but it's not required to receive food. They will help you.”

“1st Donuts has a large variety to choose from, that most Donut shop don't offer. Like the sausage bacon kolache and a delicious spinach pastry. The donuts are awesome.
