“I cannot recommend this jeweler enough! My wife's antique wedding ring's shank broke and the stone popped out. We were fortunate enough to have found the stone. I took it to Alex and Intrigue Jewelers to fix the shank, set the stone, and re-tip the setting. Alex was extremely helpful, explaining what they were going to do with the repairs and upfront with the cost and time. While doing the work, Alex called me, explaining that he wanted to do a bit more, rebuilding each of the entire tips and not just the top part. Said he just wasn't comfortable with the way the stone was sitting the way it was. He wanted to make the ring much stronger and better. He also told me that he just wanted to do it and wasn't going to charge me any extra because it was the right thing to do, he just needed a couple more days. This is GREAT customer service, someone who takes pride in his work, stands behind his work, and most importantly has the customer's best interest at heart. I just picked the ring up and it is beautiful. This will be the jeweler that we take ALL of my wife's jewelry to from now on. Very trustworthy, efficient, and reasonable.
