“We were referred by the insurance to another body repair shop. The manager told us the damages were two separate jobs when the damage happened on the same night. Luckily, I was referred by friend to Ist Class Collission. They took pictures, processed the insurance papers and got us both damages fixed as one incident (saved us one $500 deductibles). They provided us a rental car from their own garage. We exceeded our $500 rental car allowance, but they did not charge us extra. They also gave us a discount on out deductibles. When we got our car, we were so happy with the job they did. The parts replaced were way better than pre-accident. They also did extra fixing the minor dents and paint scratches free of charge. They washed and vacuumed before returning our car. We have been going to Toyota center in Richardson three times with our 3 different cars and were disasters if not life-threatening because of substandard jobs. They even trusted me of not paying my deductible part since I did not bring my check. Then I forgot almost 2 weeks. I never got a reminder call. I apologized profusely but they were so understanding and caring. The staff, Mr. Hernandez, his wife were all helpful, polite, and honest. I highly recommend this shop.”

“They were very thorough on my car and did an amazing job on the repairs. My only problem with this experience was that they need to improve on their inner office communication skills as I would get several calls from them explaining the car wasn't done or another issue was detected and that they would look into it if I wanted. Then a few minutes later another would call saying that repairs were completed and it was ready for pick up when I would mention the other issue that had been found they would not be aware of it. So communication needs to be addressed and maybe they should have only one person to address issues about a vehicle to the customer that way they will be knowledgeable on what's going on with said repairs instead of several people contacting the customer with a different diagnosis.”

I had been to numerous tire places, but no 1 had mentioned how the low profile tires were bad on the rims. The honesty is much appreciated. He had me oder 4 tire sensors for 50 on ebay and he put them on with the new tires. Toyota was going to charge 250 per tire for the sensor issue.”

“Chad knows his stuff, seriously. It’s rare finding a shop that has someone who is eager to solve the problem and accept a challenge (rather it’s a major fix or tiny problem). Prior to having my car repaired it had been through two other shops (after a visit to the dealership)! I was getting quotes from shops that held my car for weeks and even a month and could not provide me a proper diagnosis. Chad did the diagnosis the same day (Thursday/Friday) right before closing up for the evening. He had my car fixed the very next week, it drives great, and he even fixed a few other things that helped make a major difference! My advise to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop please be patient and understand your car is in great care here. The main thing that helped me out tremendously was he gave me a realistic time frame, this helped me save money and balance out my life by knowing how long to expect being without a car. Communication and patience is important when doing business. Although it took no time for my car to be fixed, I was relieved to know I didn’t have to call everyday asking for an update. I was able to keep an extra $3500 in my pocket on top of excellent service from someone who can explain what issues they found and provide solutions. I’m grateful.”

“I took my wives fiat 500 sport for issues it had, including suspension, check engine light, as well as body part replacements, although at first I was hesitant to get everything done at once I tried my luck at this shop. Quotes for this car ran from $5500 to $4500 I was surprised at how much Ramses and his team were able to work with me… they ordered the parts and cost was a fraction of the price other shops quoted me , originally I was quoted $2900 but he was able to get everything done for under $2500 , at this price point and the current car market , I decided to pull the trigger and get all the work done at once. although it took 3 weeks to get the parts ( import car) I was very pleased at how fast it was assembled and how smooth it ran afterwards. When it was time to pick up, I was also given a 2 year warranty on all labor performed … although I had originally brought it in for other issues they were able to do a 360 on the car after close inspection on the car, flushed coolant, replaced brakes , rotors , arms, both radiator and ac fan… I am beyond thankful, and definitely recommend this shop.”
