“The Assistant manager, and two other employees helped me more than any business ever has... They helped me correct a lot of mistakes made by the Wylie store, which I will never go to again. They help me get my bill from 600.00 to 300.00, and help me receive refunds I deserved. They patiently and professionally sat there helping me get my account straight for at least 3 hours. This meant everything to me because my Dad and Mom recently passed away 3 months apart. I’ve been so busy taking care of their business affairs after their deaths, that I had not had time to take care of my own. As they worked with me they wrote copious notes, so that I didn’t have to. I call this servant leadership. I didn’t even buy anything from the store, but the next phone I buy will certainly be from these incredible employees. They made my life easier just by being understanding, friendly, easy to talk to, and loyal to a customer. If there was a rating higher than 5, they would receive it from me. ❤️Misty Shugart”

“I bought a really nice refrigerator from this store and the owner of the store is a really cool guy. They were not equipped to deliver the refrigerator but he did his absolute best to help me load the fridge into my truck. The fridge had some minor dings here and there but it was a newer model and the price was absolutely phenomenal. I used the 90 days same as cash program and just paid the remaining balance today. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will shop with them again. As a matter of fact I am looking for a large television right at this moment from them. I only gave them a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star simply because they were not equipped to deliver at that time. The product and service was phenomenal though. No complaints there! I found some great lightweight sweaters for school and spent less that $10 (on Wednesday)! I sent Garland Computers an email (I saw them on eBay and on Unyjoes Youtube Channel) and thought I would see if they could help me out with a good deal. And they did, great price, exceeded my shipping expectations.
