Chris, the manager, and Rusty in parts, are beyond patient and went above and beyond to help me find a side rear view mirror for a low cost, fast shipping, and even helped me find a body shop to paint and install it! The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. Not to mention, a week or so before, another employee kindly installed a battery for me and saved me tons of time instead of waiting on Walmart’s auto shop. I appreciate the employees at this store. “I have been searching for a hard-shell wood case for my acoustic guitar for quite some time now. After searching online, I was finally able to find one that fit my guitar here. So, I placed my order online and headed to the store after receiving notification that my case was ready for pickup. This Farmers Branch location is a 40-minute drive for me, but I was excited to get this case. The layout of this store is similar to other stores in the chain, which is nice so you can easily find what you’re looking for. I was kindly greeted by Jered; he verified my order and went to grab my case. The store was clean and organized, they also have a wide selection of guitars, gear, and accessories to choose from. Unfortunately, when Jered came back with the case, I instantly noticed several dings, nicks, and a scratch on the case. Jared was kind enough to offer me a small discount, but I was spending almost $130.00 for this new case and wanted something without any damage. Jared issued me a return, then placed an order sourcing the case from another location and having it shipped to my house for convenience. Overall, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get to drive away with my new case. However, Jared made up for it with his kind, friendly, and helpful service. Thanks Jared! I recommend this location, and will definitely come back again.”

They diagnosed it as my amp and showed me where to purchase the part. Then I brought the part to them and they charged me for one hour or labor for the install and now everything is working perfectly. They were also super friendly and nice guys. “Mannn When I tell you this place is AMAZING!!!! I would never go no where else. If I have a problem with my device I will be at AI’s. Yesterday I made a visit to this location due to the fact I was told that my new IPhone 14 pro screen was broke and I needed a new screen. When I arrived at the store a man came out and ask to take a look at my phone. I explained to him the situation of how my phone was placed on a laptop and the screen went out and after he asked for my phone , less than 2 minutes he returned me my phone with the screen fully working. I was told by three different locations that my phone had internal damage but this man was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact two or three buttons of click to have my phone up and running. Outstanding work they do there and highly recommended.”
