On this morning after being told by Jessica in Terrell she could not help me, the blessing to call Seagoville was given. I called and was answered by Lane. Lane explained everything to me and even answered other questions that I had. He took time to listen and once I sped over I was in tip top shape. I appreciated Lane and as I told him if I ever need O’reilly again I will be coming to his store and his store alone.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this staff! Chris, the manager, and Rusty in parts, are beyond patient and went above and beyond to help me find a side rear view mirror for a low cost, fast shipping, and even helped me find a body shop to paint and install it! The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. Not to mention, a week or so before, another employee kindly installed a battery for me and saved me tons of time instead of waiting on Walmart’s auto shop. I appreciate the employees at this store. Every visit of mine has been pleasant. I always leave with what I need without any upselling or negative experiences. I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Michelle and the team at O'Reilly's has gone above and beyond! Was looking for a special toy for my son, they didnt have it in store but located it at their warehouse a week later, and followed up with me to pick it up! Very thankful!
