“Mannn When I tell you this place is AMAZING!!!! I would never go no where else. If I have a problem with my device I will be at AI’s. Yesterday I made a visit to this location due to the fact I was told that my new IPhone 14 pro screen was broke and I needed a new screen. When I arrived at the store a man came out and ask to take a look at my phone. I explained to him the situation of how my phone was placed on a laptop and the screen went out and after he asked for my phone , less than 2 minutes he returned me my phone with the screen fully working. I was told by three different locations that my phone had internal damage but this man was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact two or three buttons of click to have my phone up and running. Outstanding work they do there and highly recommended.”

“I had so much issue with switching to Sprint from the website. I really needed to switch to get the Galaxy A50 which was just recently released in the USA. I decided to go to the store, this store is not very far from my house luckily. I was initially helped by Hennessy, who was great and very knowledgeable, we ordered the phone because they had none in stock yet. Praise God, it was delivered the next day and I was able to go in today where GG and MaKayla were so much help. They helped me switch all my info to my new phone and get everything setup including migration of my phone number. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff ????????????”

“My tower just stopped connecting to the internet, it was crazy. I tried everything then, took it to Office Depot for a diagnoses. They said it was shot, buy a new PC, I said nothing? You heard nothing at all? I knew the fan was working when I took it in because I heard it. He said no, nothing. I said did you turn the little toggle switch on, on the back of the tower by the power cord? He said, toggle switch? I said, I will be right there to pick up my PC. I called Kenneth, after reading the reviews about his business and him personally. I was not let down, he said sure, bring it by. I dropped it off and there were some issues with my PC that even baffled him. But, he has good support and stayed at it. He ended up having to do a lot of work but then called me and and it was ready. I got home with it and it was like new and, with all my information! He really could have charged me an arm and a leg but it was very reasonable. I suggest NOT going anywhere else for any work needed on a PC laptop or any device. Thank you Kenneth, you saved my Baby!”
