“During a very stressful Texas winter storm, Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit concluded a trying situation with a Smile. An unforeseen incident occurred involving my daughter’s vehicle. It’s was approximately three weeks before one of her milestone birthdays. Upon delivering the vehicle to Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit, I expressed my desire for a game plan to retrieve a repaired vehicle by this particular date. Mr. Richard provided excellent customer service from drop-off to pick up. Our first point of contact explained what needed to be done and the scheduled days for the specific action to occur. As a good business representative, Mr. Richard would not guarantee the vehicle would be ready when I so eagerly wanted it to be. Still, he was very empathetic and stated he would make sure the team would do their best to accommodate my request. Mr. Richard expressed top customer relations by continuously providing updates with the vehicle status, which helped with my stress level. And the day before that particular day, Mr. Richard announced that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I appreciate Mr. Richard’s and all the service personnel who completed the repairs. Victor accurately quoted how long our wait time would me. We were in and out in about an hour and forty-five minutes without an appointment. Friendly, top-notch service is done by Floyd Bowsher (Manager) and his competent and reliable automotive mechanics and technicians. They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”

“Overall it was a great time working with this dealer on getting the truck that I wanted, especially with inventory being so low. One day I had inquired online about a 2021 F-150 they had with all the options that I wanted, and Will was able to respond to me in a very timely manner. Throughout my time there he was very professional, he was able to explain the truck in detail with every feature it came with and he was very understanding of what I was looking for as far as the truck and payments. I was also introduced to Steve the sales manager there, and he too was understanding and very respectful.
