“I have utilized the Walmart pharmacy at Buckingham for 5 years, and I was fed up with extreme wait times, and just a total lack of customer service. I decided to try Kroger on Shiloh, and I was shocked at how friendly, fast, and efficient they are. I'm never on phone hold for more than a few seconds, and rarely ever have to wait more than a few minutes to get my medication. A couple of days back I went in to fill my script, and found CamRon and the pharmacist holding down the fort. They were extremely polite and very quick. I asked them if they had been told recently that they do a great job, and they said that they rarely get this kind of feedback from customers. Here it is! You and your entire team are great! Thanks, and keep up the outstanding work!!!!!”
