The Sutherland Apartments

I toured this apartment about a month ago. I can’t remember the leasing agent’s name but she had impeccable customer service. She even provided me with great school options for my child. She didn’t rush me through the tour. We even laughed about various things from bad knees to decoration styles. This apartment is definitely a top contender.

Omg It’s been a long time since I’ve had to move to an apartment. This was the easiest process I have ever had to go through. The maintenance crew is top notch and is very easy to speak to. The staff at this location is so helpful they almost feel more like a friend of mine than they are staff of the facility. The apartments themselves blew me away with the space they have and the look as well. I always recommend this place when people ask for apartments I love when moving to the area .

My experience with The Sutherland Apartments, particularly with staff ( Ms. Alicia and Ms. Alex ), has always been extraordinary, rewarding, and satisfying. I have never met a property manager and staff who authentically engage with their tenants. This staff is very concerned about the upkeep of the property and the safety of the tenants. I get call backs even when I haven't left a message. My maintenance issue are ALWAYS followed up with a call back and a question about my satisfaction with the repair.
I am very particular and detailed about my living space and the management staff are extremely accommodating. They are always patient and thorough with me when explaining property issues and guidelines. There appears to be no secrets about what is going on at the property. I ask a lot of questions and EVERY question asked is always answered. They don't just hear me, they listen. They listen to understand first, then respond. My apartment unit is nice but one of the main reasons why I haven't moved and chose to stay is solely because of the experiences I have with the staff at the Sutherlands.

I loved living in this complex (2 years). I lived in two different apartments. The apartment staff were very responsive to email and phone calls—anytime I had an issue or question it was promptly resolved. They were very friendly and accommodating, especially Alyx, the property manager who was so sweet. I moved out only because I am purchasing a house, otherwise I would stay here!

I remember over a year ago almost 2 years when The Sutherland was just being built how I use to drive past the community saying wow I want to live there . I would go shopping in Arlington and drive to the Sutherland just to see the amenities and apartments. All I remember telling my boyfriend is let's look at this new apartment I would love to live in . He was a little skeptical because of the designs and beautiful set up . But honestly that's what drew me in. I remember harassing the leasing agent to move In and get approved because I really wanted to live here lol . Always wanted a unit with a garden tub as well. I gave the Sutherland residence 4 stars as this is my 2nd time leasing here although it's been great due to poor parking . I get home from work at 7:30 pm and have to park on the dirt due to no more parking spaces or visitor parking being available some days. Other than that I can't complain. And Alex and Alicia out of all the places I lived my whole life have got to be the best leasing management in America ❤️.
