She was very quick to respond to my emails and answered all the questions that I had. She went above and beyond to make sure that this event happened and that meant so much to me. “The two young men who were working at this vision center in Grand Prairie on Sunday, May 27 were exceptionally helpful. Dante (spelling?) and the other young man he was working with at this store at approximately 4pm replaced my son’s broken frames, which were on warranty, and they both did an excellent and professional job. Without going into all of the details, they both went out of their way to accommodate us and replace his glasses. These two guys were great. No question.”

“I appreciate how they worked in my daughter for exams and cleaning. The staff is super friendly and very professional (especially the front desk people). The doctor that saw my daughter was also nice and professional. The only drawback to this location is the that I feel the rooms/patient chairs are not clean. I feel like the patient chairs, especially the bottom need a good cleaning with bleach and the equipment (on the floor) need a good dusting/cleaning.”
