Great customer service from the time I walked in until delivery of my brand new Z345m. Once delivered, I was shown everything necessary to operate the mower. Delivery was on time as promised. I would recommend Storm and Garden to anyone interested in purchasing or in need of repairs...

The staff at Storm lawn and garden were so helpful in getting our small lawn mower back into running condition. They were very courteous, and professional in treating my wife and my self at their location. I was expecting to pay more than the bill finally came out to be. I am confident that Storm Lawn & Garden will be the place we go to for lawnmower repairs and small engine work, thanks to their crew I feel confident that when a issue comes up with a small appliance like a lawn trimmer or gas powered mower I have somewhere to go for effective, reasonable and professional repair work.

I like this shop because if something is not right they’re going to try their best to make it right. And they’re pretty fair too! Vince seems like he has a good heart. My only concern is I had to call to make sure my equipment was ready. I Didn’t want to get a storage fee. But they probably knew I was going to call back anyway and keep checking. I understand they’re petty busy, so I also appreciate their patience… At first I thought the costumer service wasn’t that great, but after putting away my ego to the side, I observed that this is not a restaurant it’s a shop. I’d rather them be about business and get what I need done verses the best costumer service. Me and Vince became kool over the years. And David, a master service tech, will pretty much know how to fix it. This is my go to shop. And keep my business running smoothly!
