(August 6, 2019, 12:38 pm)A/C went out on a new tenant. Emmanuel Luna was our technician and he was amazing! Last call of the day but he stayed while I worked out our insurance coverage and then completed the repair so the family wouldn't be without A/C another night. He had the parts he needed on the truck and knew what he was doing. He didn't finish until 10:30 pm but the family slept cool that night! Way beyond the call of duty...
