“Me and my family love coming here. We've each had our own experiences at this store. I went in one morning and Lionel the manager was alone but he took care of us all very quick. And he was super nice. My daughter told me one day Jazzy helped her and my Grand babies. She was so patient and kindly helped her with no hesitation. I walked in and both Jazzy and Anisha were working and dancing and singing I joined in with them. And all of them are always greeting us and make us feel welcomed. I do recommend this place. My mom told me that they always hold the door for her when she leaves the store. You can't find workers like that anywhere. Not even worker, just people. They're willing to give that helping hand when they don't even have to.”

I reached out to him via text message, and he was very prompt in responding to my messages/questions. Victor was also kind enough to drive to our house to provide a more accurate estimate of the work that was requested. He showed up in a timely manner to do the work on multiple days and was very patient with us when we took a break and couldn’t decide on materials. He ensured that the job was very neatly done from beginning to end! Victor did a small fireplace remodel and also installed our kitchen cabinet pulls. “Imagine my surprise when my 14 month old refrigerator (with a 13 month warranty) stopped cooling. I had visions of dollar signs flying from my bank account because these things are never cheap or easy. After hearing "we don't do Kenmore", "the soonest we can send someone is [5 days with a 4-hour arrival window]" and "if we have to order parts, it could take several months" from 2 other repair companies, I was just shy of terrified... Am I going to have to buy a new fridge? If I can find someone who will repair it, will it take months and lots of dollars? *argh!* CAS Appliance Repair to the rescue! Not only did they get someone out the next morning, Xavier called ahead to let us know he was on the way and then arrived in the early part of the 1-hour window. He quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a simple fix, explained what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again. Cheap? no... but very reasonable and not the bazillion dollars I expected. Easy? Yes. Worth the price? DEFINITELY! Thank you for your prompt, friendly, and professional service. And your integrity. I will definitely recommend CAS Appliance Repair to friends and family. And, although I would ideally not need their services in the future, they are the first call I will make if/when the need arises.”
