“I just got fixed my AC... thanks Robert Maintenance Guy. In the past more than 1 year ago my Bed Room AC not working at all. It is very hard during summer time. I requested the technician come to look and fix but unfortunately they cant fix it . They came many times but still cant fix. Now the New Management take over the apartment and i try to requested again. This time they did it. they had the best technician who was name Robert. “Hi! I’ve lived at this complex for 7 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently the complex changed management and I can honestly say they are amazing! And most recently when we had the winter storm the complex had to shut off our water due to freezing pipes ( which is to be expected during below freezing temperatures) April and Letti were very informative in communicating the situation and time frame of when we could expect our water to be turned on. Although the situation was beyond their control I really appreciated the communication during a difficult situation. They are always efficient when I need something repaired.
