Super nice staff. In and out in one hour. Took great care of me and very satisfied with staff. Got in pretty quick and they listen to your concerns. Will go back if needed.

Integra Urgent Care -Grand Prairie was exceptional. The staff is very caring and attentive. I was in and out in less than an hour. I know with the ongoing pandemic any urgent care is at capacity. But these doctors, medical staff definitely don’t make you wait longer than you should. I will definitely choose this office over CareNow from here on out. I pray it isn’t often but they will definitely be my first option. Thank you Dr.Arin and staff for your caring and attentiveness to your visitors.

I went at a time when it was very busy (after 5:30pm). Although it was busy, I still didn't wait too long. As soon as I went to the back, within 5 minutes the doctor was in to see me. He was attentive and understood my injury. He prescribed the necessary medication and gave me going home instructions. The only downside was the lobby was extremely hot. That's why the 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, no issues and I will go back.

I arrived to have my sutures (18 of them) taken out and the process of checking in and been seen was very quick 10-15 minutes. Thank you to Jasmine who was assisting the NP(Nurse Practitioner) she helped me so much on staying focused. The NP was kind, showed a lot of empathy and compassion. I had to ask her to stop at least three time because the sutures was embedded in the wound.She never got impatient, short or anything! The NP gave me clear instruction on how to do wound care at home so it can continue to heal properly. I would go back again, but hope I don't need to. Sorry didn't remember the NP name

I made an appointment online, arrived and was seen promptly. Staff was professional and attentive to my concerns on treatment costs since I was not able to use my health insurance carrier. I was able to obtain my prescriptions with minimal waiting (they sent it before I left). In 24 hours I’m feeling 100% better and will definitely be returning in the event I need urgent care services. Highly recommend using this location. You will not be disappointed.
