  I started my HOTWORX journey in late December and I couldn’t be more pleased! At first I wasn’t sweating and I wasn’t sure why; after about a week I began to really sweat it out! I sleep like a baby EVERY time I come work out which is a big plus for me. I’ve lost inches off my stomach in just a short period of time! The recovery time is NOTHING like I’m used to because I can push myself really hard and not feel like I’ve been hit by a truck the following days. I recommend HOTWORX to anyone looking to improve circulation, lose weight, sleep like a baby and just improve their overall health!

  Great place! Nice friendly staff, very helpful when I came for my first try out workout. I loved it since the first workout, great sweat right away in a small amount of time. I like that it’s 24/7 and very affordable.

  I love my membership here! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I got a free workout before signing up and ever since it's been worth it. I sweat like crazy every time and I normally don't sweat. The workouts are effective and you can come any time. I fully recommend!

  What an amazing concept!!! This place really makes you earn it and it’s worth it! I used to think the sauna was enough, but getting a great HIIT workout in a sauna like environment really pushes you to your limits. Great for detox and fat burning. They have multiple areas and activities ranging from cycle to weight lifting. And if all these things weren’t enough, it’s 24 hours!!! AMAZING

  Went for the first time tonight and did the Hot Blast and Hot Bands and could barely finish. Been working out for many years and have tried so many different types of exercises. This kicked my butt and there’s so much room to continue challenging yourself. I recommend signing up while they are still running their grand opening promos!
