My only issue was when the attendant told me I may need a brake service. I responded by asking if they did an inspection how did they not notice that I had new brakes nine months old. No response to that. Just bought a brand new Tucson and Terry was very easy to work with and made the process simple and without pressure.”

“Imagine my surprise when my 14 month old refrigerator (with a 13 month warranty) stopped cooling. I had visions of dollar signs flying from my bank account because these things are never cheap or easy. After hearing "we don't do Kenmore", "the soonest we can send someone is [5 days with a 4-hour arrival window]" and "if we have to order parts, it could take several months" from 2 other repair companies, I was just shy of terrified... Am I going to have to buy a new fridge? If I can find someone who will repair it, will it take months and lots of dollars? *argh!* CAS Appliance Repair to the rescue! Not only did they get someone out the next morning, Xavier called ahead to let us know he was on the way and then arrived in the early part of the 1-hour window. He quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a simple fix, explained what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again. Cheap? no... but very reasonable and not the bazillion dollars I expected. Easy? Yes. Worth the price? DEFINITELY! Thank you for your prompt, friendly, and professional service. And your integrity. I will definitely recommend CAS Appliance Repair to friends and family. And, although I would ideally not need their services in the future, they are the first call I will make if/when the need arises.”

When I got there, Carl helped me out and noticed that a cable was not connected correctly and helped me with my battery situation. In addition, he ran a test on the battery just to make sure it was still good. And it was, only a connection issue. He was very kind and helpful. Honest people work here. I will be retuning for all my cars needs.”
