“This place is awesome for the younger and older generation. So much to do within the building. There is the crazy mirror maze, 4D video/ride room, the wax museum of course, a laser game that is fairly simple ( this is where you crawl and try to not break the laser beam and lastly the Ripley's historical part. They have a gift shop with goodies and souvenirs, a spot for snacks and refreshments. They also do a awesome Military Discount!”

“Needs work. I recently went back. There is very little that has been updated since I was a kid. I'm now 33.???? It's kind of a visit once..you've done it. Go back in 15-20 years..they will have added some stuff..and changed a few wax figures. It's still interesting. This one is not the best one. I went to the one in Nashville..That one is in a Mall, And it's a lot better at the "house of wax" section. The mirror maze is good. The 3-D game is good with the Zombies. I think the Zombie one is better than the other. They had two different ones going at the same time. We waited longer to play the Zombie game.”

“I recently stayed here with a friend of mine, and enjoyed the experience. The rooms look fairly modern and seemed well taken care of, though I will say that I noticed there seemed to be faint stains on the sheets and bed skirt, which gave it a slightly dingier appearance. The bathroom was clean. The free breakfast provided went from 7am to 9am, and we woke up too late to participate, so I can't say anything about the food. Noting the service, we were checked in by one woman, while a separate group was checked in by another woman. This separate group was asked if they were attending the concert at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, and if they needed a shuttle to said venue. They were given many more details than my friend and I were; she didn't ask us if we were going to the concert (which we were) or if we were interested in the same shuttle service. She only spoke to ask for ID or to tell us the price. I don't even believe she told us what time the breakfast was. So there may be a slight inconsistency in how the employees speak with the guests. I will say, she was never rude or impolite, she simply didn't provide us with details that we would have appreciated, if we hadn't overheard what was going on with the other group. Later, both of these employees were helpful in letting me know where plastic utensils were, and providing us with shower caps, which was appreciated. There was a different woman sitting at one of the tables near the front desk, working on a laptop, who my friend and I later deduced must have been an employee. She asked us at one point if we needed a ride to the venue, which was jarring; she was not dressed like a hotel employee, and she didn't introduce herself, nor did she say she was the person providing the shuttle service. We found that fairly odd. Overall, it was a good experience, save for some interesting encounters with the various employees. I would return here for sure.”

“My husband and I have purchased from this place twice now. First we bought a used washer when ours began to give out. They gave us 6 months warranty, and it has lasted us 2 years with no issues. Yesterday we purchased a used dryer and also given 6 month warranty. They also offer delivery for a small fee and will take your old appliance if you need them too. I absolutely recommend this If your looking for a used appliance.”

You saw the other vehicle cut in front of me but anywho, lol, but he was respectful tho..you did admit the lady at the court number to call was helpful and oh she was beyond helpful. She was sweet, polite, understanding and very thorough in explaining what to do. Made the whole ordeal easier to tend to. Thank you Ms. Cindy for your professionalism when i called, and to the clerk that helped me when I got there, you were kind and sweet too. I think samantha.
