(February 11, 2020, 10:54 am)This past Friday, my wife and I took her car to NTB because we had woke up to flat. Easily one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. The store manager, Greg Leblanc was awesome! Not only did he and his team address the concern, patch it and assure us that it was an easy fix, he also gave us a killer serious deal on some wipers.
(January 12, 2020, 1:38 pm)Excellent service and clear explanation of work needed on my BMW 3 series. Other shops quoted crazy pricing for brakes / tires, but these guys absolutely killed it on price and speed of repairs. Car drives like new thanks to NTB Grapevine!

Simply needed air for the tires and that crazy light on the dash to be turned off!
My lady has been coming here for years and every experience has been exemplary!

I came in harried and stressed on a spare after getting a flat tire three hours into a four and a half hour drive on the tollway, ON A SUNDAY, still 30 miles outside of home. I was in and out within about a half hour, and paid a fair price for my tire replacement. The guys also let me bring my dogs inside to cool off while the car was being worked on, which I - and the canines - greatly appreciated.
Thank y'all so much for your quick and efficient service and THANK YOU ESPECIALLY for being open on a Sunday! Supremely grateful.
