Rates are competitive and better that direct bookings. Their agents have been more than accommodating even in a certain situation when I had to make 3 cancellations during a trip to India. This agency could be better or worse than any other travel company. But my experience with them has always been good and I will keep using them!!”

It's kept fairly cool inside. Aisles are neat/clean. But because of how much they provide, it does get crowded often.”

“I wish they replaced all the cuff buttons they crush in their machine on every single one of my button up shirts. They are still cheaper than others so you get what you pay for. No one else but me ever noticed the broken or missing buttons on my cuffs so far so I'll just have to deal with it. For the rest the people are very nice and that's also a reason why I go back.”
