(December 20, 2019, 2:32 pm)Brandon is the manager at the Irving location, really hooked me up for a 3 day pass. Outstanding facility, lots of equipment. I travel extensively and try to get to a Fitness Connection when there's one available. One of the best equipped and cleanest gyms in the US. Awesome place to workout!
(December 12, 2019, 12:36 am)I've been coming here for a few years now and I love the gym. I did start coming into the gym later at night when it's not so busy. My only issue is that there's usually no one at the front desk to check me in just like today. I also tried to buy a drink but without someone there, I couldn't purchase it. I tried checking in around 9:40pm, waited a few minutes and just decided to go work out, then I left close to 11:00pm and there was still no one there. I won't let this experience affect my rating because I really do like this gym, but I wasn't the only person that was also waiting and they were also getting impatient.
(November 5, 2019, 8:52 pm)I was recommended by many friends to join Fitness connection to reach my goals & maintain a healthy lifestyle. I went into the Irving location and was greeted by Jasmine who guided me through the entire process of signing up. She not only toured me throughout the facility but also recommended products and multi-vitamins based on my fitness goals. Jasmine is very professional & knowledgeable of her job. The rest of the staff greeted me and are very nice. I feel very comfortable here & will be working out frequently at this location.
