This is the absolute most amazing dental experience I've ever encountered. GENTLE DENTISTRY!!?? Yes indeed it was very gentle. I felt like a baby in their arms. Numbing my gums before my injections!!?? STELLAR! Asking me if I'm ok throughout the procedures! Offering me a restroom break between treatments! Dr. Kim did a very thorough exam on me finding issues in their early stages. I thank God for finding Gentle Dentistry. Thank You Team.

This Dentist office was amazing. Let me start off about Michelle the assistant… she was so nice and actually took care of me and cared about what was going on. We talked we laughed and I enjoyed every second with her. I heard about how great Dr. Rameriez was from a review. so I asked for him and I had the best experience ever! Thank you to the wonderful Gentle Dentistry team of Las Colinas for making my first visit a memorable experience. From the time I got my first phone call with Rashmi it was easy to see why this place feels like a home away from home. On my appointment day it was nothing but smooth sailing. From the Dental Assistant Kim and her wonderful personality to Hygienist Megan with a warm heart. These two made my initial x-ray and other dental procedures a breeze. After all that was done in came Dr. Ramirez who reminds me of the dentist you stay with for generations. Kind, thoughtful, and truly cares about your dental health, while providing an extremely detailed and easy to understand explanation of everything. Not to mention this office does x-rays like I've never seen, really detailed views and analysis of your teeth. Something I have never seen in all my years; they really ensure you are getting high quality care. Lastly, the office manager Theresa who provided great hospitality during my visit, gave a detailed outline of pricing with/without insurance for the dental plan they suggested. Very fair pricing and easy to read breakdowns per item. Thank again to the Gentle Dentistry team of Las Colinas for making this visit a smashing success.
