“I’m trying out different things because I want to add variety and change my workout routine so I tried rowing for the first time today. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My trainer was Rydell and he was really nice, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The music/lighting was great and it was a fun environment. I’m still trying other things to see what I’ll stick with and works best with my schedule but I know I’ll definitely be back for drop ins at least.”

I can honestly say, she is truly 1 of the best! If you are looking for a " Dr FEEL GOOD DOCTOR", she's not she one ! She is VERY careful about medications, has a high quality staff, interior surgery center for O.P. surgeries. She is very qualified & very black & white. Meaning just states the truth. “I only give this four stars because of its limited size. The bark is well fenced, sturdy fencing, and wide open for your dog to run in. They even as you can see, put down straw to keep it from being muddy. There is limited seating and unfortunately during the winter except for the bench in the middle there is no shade. But overall you've got to give props to a small town for having such a nice dog park”
