Literally every staff member we dealt with from the front door to the pool staff to the spa staff etc were wonderful. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. “Glenda is amazing! My little 2.5 year old chihuahua absolutely loves going to see her friends every day! An amazing place to take your dog. I feel 100% confident that Butterfly will have a great day every day when she goes to see Glenda. Butterfly gets excited when she knows we're heading to daycare and comes home tired and ready for a good night's rest! Butterfly is safe, socialized and Glenda does a wonderful job of helping them all feel comfortable and loved. I cannot imagine taking my Butterfly anywhere else while I go to work every day! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.”

“This is my second stay at this location (5/13/21 - 5/18/21) and I have to say Professional, professional, professional, courteous, welcoming, and friendly staff at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable at their jobs, and every contact with staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The Fitness Facility was very clean/sanitized and the access was very efficient and managed appropriately. The staff looks as they authentically and genuinely enjoy their jobs which resonates with the guests. I'm looking forward to my next stay at this location. “I love it, I love the staff when I say this is a good start if you are just now moving to Dallas I would most definitely recommend Walton Walker location. All appliances are nice. Rooms are nice, you can call it home until you are able to get something better. The property is very well kept as well as the apartments. There are cameras around for your safety, out door pool I love everything about the property.(just like any place of your own, you will have to buy your own beddings, household items)”

“The best bang for your buck in DFW. Clean rooms, plush comfortable beds and cold A/C. The regular rooms are small in square footage, but priced right. They have all the expected amenities: coffee maker with coffee supplies, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND lotion....... PLUS a refrigerator and a microwave. The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful when needed. Housekeeping was there if you wanted or needed them for something, but did not wake you up too early in order to get in and clean a room. I recommend the executive one bedroom or the jacuzzi suites. They're both the size of 2 rooms, have sofa beds and allow your family more room to stretch out for not a lot of bucks.”

“Shout out to Tameka, Chanay, Antwone, Ms. Deborah, & Claire for making my stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place, especially when one is looking for a very affordable hotel. I stayed @ this hotel w/ my family from Jul-Oct 2019 because we moved from AZ to TX. The service was great then. Also stayed from May-Aug 2020 by myself to move out of my parents' place. Being that it was closer to my job, & I could literally take the bus to get to work, it was a no-brainer. The guys mentioned above made my stay great, & were quite flexible w/ payments (paid weekly for about 9 weeks). I moved to another location because this new location is closer to my new job (literally 3 miles away). & even w/ that, they wished me the very best, made my checking out process easy, & said that if I ever need to come back, they got me. Really appreciate those guys. Thanks again guys for making my stay great, & yes, if I ever need to come back, I'll definitely do so.”

“I was eating across the street at Showmars and got a notice from my car that my key fob had a low battery. I drove over to Advance Auto Parts, I tend to always go to them anyways and always had a good experience, especially at this location. I walked in and was immediately helped by a nice young man named Rick. He intuitively looked at my hand and already knew what I needed without me even speaking. I handed him my fob, he took it apart, identified the battery, went and got a new one, installed it and told me to try it out, it worked flawlessly. He then checked me out immediately and I was on my way. All of this service for only $6.42... Thanks for serving your customers with intelligence, quick service and care. I will always be back. Rick should be the poster child for Advance Auto Parts. ?”

“Arrived today on business. First thing I noticed immediately is how clean the hotel is. Whatever they used as an air freshener smalls so good! My room is clean to expectations. Not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful with helping me navigate to the hotel shuttle at the airport as well. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. All Comfort Suites I've been to so far provide pristine service. I was on business in Tampa in December and loved my stay there as well.”

“This hotel offers a phenomenal room. Waffles for breakfast. I was blown away by the quality vs. cost. If you saw the scathing reviews about shuttle service by previous guests. Don’t worry, they have fixed the issue. You receive very specific instructions on where to be and when the van will arrive with description. The driver is on time +/-5min and the van has hotel stickers on the side now. I was concerned but pleasantly surprised that they had fixed issues reported by previous guests. Sure the van loops around until full and drops at multiple hotels. But come on, if you didn’t expect that from a $50 hotel stay you haven’t traveled done this much. There are plenty of cabs that will charge you $20 for a point to point ride.”
