I have never had an issue with Customer Service at this location. They listen and help in anyway possible. Being in the Customer Service field people can be difficult at times however again they help when they can. They should not be criticized as there are rules set forth by the corporate.”

I don't see how so many people are rating this Chase branch so poorly. Just be nice to them and they will be nice back, regardless of what you're there for, they are there to help in any way they can..”
