He has kept me updated through the application process as well.. Over all he defiantly made this process enjoyable with his welcoming attitude and great personality. I really can not wait to move into my new apt. He made sure I got what I was looking for in my new apt.
(January 22, 2020, 4:26 pm)I've lived in this complex for about 6 years. During that time, I've had only good experiences with the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The office is good about communicating with the residents regarding any necessary repairs and shut offs.
Tara has been with the complex for the entire time I've been here. She's very approachable and you can discuss your concerns with her and you know that she will address them quickly and the best she can. Shawn and Elizabeth are fantastic too! Again, very approachable and concerned office staff.
The maintenance team is the same team as when I first moved in. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I need maintenance done, I do the online request and it's usually taken care of the next business day. I know the maintenance team by their first names. That's how friendly they are.
I know the neighbors in my area and we watch out for each other. There are seasonal community get-togethers so that we can meet new residents. The Thanksgiving and Christmas pot lucks and a Summer Pool Party are the best.
I don't plan to move out until I buy a home. Until then, I enjoy living in this complex. I recommend this to anyone looking for a family friendly community.

(December 2, 2019, 6:22 pm)Leasing agent Shon is very friendly and kind! He ensures to make you feel like you are at home and never a burden when you need something resolved. I can tell him any issue I am having and he will make sure to have it resolved in a timely manner!

They have made the move in process so easy and they are both very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to doing what they can to help with the move. Hands down would not only recommend them and this complex but by far has been the best management team I've ever dealt with. The apartment looks awesome I see no issues at all with it and it shows that they care and want the best for every tenant.
