I was impressed with the staff as soon as I walked in I was greeted. David Flores is an amazing employee and knows his property and job well, I was able to tour the property and see the floorplans and I did feel like as if I was already at home. David was able to answer all of my questions and showed me all amenities..... overall experience and best customer service I have gotten so far thanks again David Flores you are the best.

Been living at Wythe apartment homes for about 6 months now, staff is great very friendly very welcoming. As far as a the unit the ac had went out and got ahold of maintenance (Luis) and got on it right away keeping us comfortable till problem gets resolved !! Our property manager, Miriam the most considerate person and helped us with our first home (:
