“Both my daughter (since she was 9 months old, she is 3 years Saturday) and I are patients here. The team is very understanding and helpful. The dentist does an amazing job calming my daughter who was very hesitant at first as does the whole team, and does a superb job cleaning our teeth. I am allowed to sit with my daughter in my lab when they are checking and cleaning her teeth as she is young still. They will also help you come up with a financial plan to be able to cover what ever is needing to be done if you can't afford it! We will both continue to be patients here and I highly recommend Pioneer Dental!”

“As with any treatment facility you get out of it what you put in. I have found the staff helpful, courteous, and friendly. I am not saying that there aren't days that could be better, but realistically are any of us the rays of the sun 24/7? Rhetorical question. Personally I have a counselor who encouraged good things for me throughout. (Brenda) A combination of tough love and empathy. Of course government regulations give you plenty annoying hoops to jump through, but that is just par for the course anywhere, now days.
