“Arrived today on business. First thing I noticed immediately is how clean the hotel is. Whatever they used as an air freshener smalls so good! My room is clean to expectations. Not a single thing out of place. The front desk staff has been extremely helpful with helping me navigate to the hotel shuttle at the airport as well. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. All Comfort Suites I've been to so far provide pristine service. I was on business in Tampa in December and loved my stay there as well.”

“This hotel offers a phenomenal room. Waffles for breakfast. I was blown away by the quality vs. cost. If you saw the scathing reviews about shuttle service by previous guests. Don’t worry, they have fixed the issue. You receive very specific instructions on where to be and when the van will arrive with description. The driver is on time +/-5min and the van has hotel stickers on the side now. I was concerned but pleasantly surprised that they had fixed issues reported by previous guests. Sure the van loops around until full and drops at multiple hotels. But come on, if you didn’t expect that from a $50 hotel stay you haven’t traveled done this much. There are plenty of cabs that will charge you $20 for a point to point ride.”

Specialty choices on hot and cold beverages, almond milk, two types of waffles plus hot options like oatmeal, eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Ladies in breakfast area were great!!! Solid choice for a comfortable stay at a great price. Wish I had been able to enjoy the inviting pool and hot tub. Rooms were spacious with a king sized bed, couch, chair and desk. Bathroom was a little on the small size.”

“A clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport. Awesome for the price! The black out curtains were perfect for me to catch up on my beauty rest. The mattress and pillows were better than home. The water pressure in the shower was great. The gym was small but practically brand new with clean towels available and a separate bathroom. The coin op laundry was $1 for wash and $1 for dry, although the coins stuck a little on the dryer. It took me a few tries to get the coins to drop. The breakfast was muffins and bagels and bread for toast, cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, orange and apple juice and coffee.”

“After some flight issues we knew that we were going to be coming into Dallas very late. With our infant son we knew that we weren't going to be able to drive to our destination that night as planned. I called to make sure that they had a pack and play crib available for us to use. They said to just call when we got in and they would send the shuttle to come get us. We landed shortly after 1am, after collecting our things the shuttle was there quickly. Took us to the hotel quickly, when we checked in I had said we requested that they have a pack and play for us. They said it was in the room already. When we got to the room they had the pack and play set up and ready to go for us. The room was clean, and ready for us. It was really nice to have exceptional customer service like this, after a long day of travel. To be able to come in so late and be taken care of like that and just be able to go to sleep. Was above and beyond.”

“I have zero actual complaints on the room, simply due to the great rate I was able to get it for at the last minute, compared to similarly rated hotels. Some notes: I traveled alone, without a vehicle. The employee checking me in was very pleasant and informative, it was clear he knew what he was doing and enjoyed doing it. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. It really stood out compared to the rest of the room, almost like I were in different hotels. The rest of the room was pretty standard of an older hotel, needing restorations and remodeling done- which looked like they were in the process of doing. I was on the fourth floor and checked out before midnight, so I'm not sure about overnight noise- but I did notice many of the room doors, including mine, had to be slammed shut. Reading some other reviews had me wary of the whole place, so I did a thorough check of the room on arrival. Linens were clean, the floor was attended to. The bed was comfortable and well made. The coffeepot was spotless. The curtains looked a little worn, the phone had buttons smashed in on it, and the alarm clock was in a random place unplugged- none of which affected the quality of my stay. There was an empty cabinet of sorts in the room that looked like it used to or might eventually house a microwave and mini fridge. It wasn't advertised; I didn't ask. I felt like the green wrapping on the fresh toilet paper roll was a bit obnoxious, but the color ultimately did not hinder my ability to utilize the toilet paper as expected during normal operating conditions. TL;DR If I am in the area again, I would stay here if the rate were comparable, but I wouldn't pay much more for the room I had as it was.”

We were told the breakfast was really good but we left before it opened. I did see an area that had mattresses piled up and what looked liked rolls of carpet so I'm guessing they have plans for upgrading under this new management.”
