Mom passed on Presidents Day and we held her funeral on Thursday. Super fast I know but you would have never know it by the way Frank and his team managed everything from collecting mom from the hospital all the way through to burial at the National Cemetery. We appreciate them soo much for all of their hard work and dedication to the case. She will do anything and everything she can to get you the best outcome possible. We went to jury trial and left with a NOT GUILTY verdict. The cost was very reasonable. Hopefully there is not a need to hire her again, however I would not even hesitate to do so if needed. “I chose North American Van Lines - Beltmann Moving & Storage to move me because of Todd Westlake, the guy who came to do my estimate!! They were not the lowest estimate and ultimately that didn't matter to me, I appreciated his professionalism, reviewing the move costs and process with me, and the follow-up before I even made a choice!! I interviewed two other well know names in moving and the other two never followed up with me after their initial estimates - Todd stayed in contact with me and answered every question. My move out was smooth, the crew was great - very careful with my belongings, courteous and also professional. My property is due to arrive in under 2 weeks, and unless something catastrophic happens on that end, I would pay this price and work with this company again!! UPDATE: My belongings arrived as promised, in 2 weeks from pack/load date. Everything went great on the move-in end, I've unpacked the most valuable and precious items with NO breakage. The coordination between the TX end and PA end was on point and the reconnect of my washer/dryer was SO worth the little extra money spent on both ends for professional technician to do that work! In the end, my move was exactly as I expected - well organized, professional, careful and took ALL of the stress out of the experience for me!”
