“Carla was an absolute angel. She handled everything for us and was so accommodating. My moms hair was so grown out from being in hospice and Carla & her family took the time to even bleach my moms hair for me so she could be as beautiful in death as she was in life. It’s the little things like that , that mattered to me. Service was amazing, the place is newly remodeled so looks amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend to anybody and everybody. “Frank Labby you were a life saver!!! One of the best decisions we ever made was using Colonial Funeral Home aka Donnelly's for Mom. Frank and his team were there every step of the way. Mom passed on Presidents Day and we held her funeral on Thursday. Super fast I know but you would have never know it by the way Frank and his team managed everything from collecting mom from the hospital all the way through to burial at the National Cemetery. They were so good that I wouldn't be surprised to get an occasional call from Frank just to check on us. Frank is the genuine article. Love ya buddy and thank you for loving us!”

“Aria at Irving is very accommodating to families and relatives during the entire end of life process Their prices are reasonably affordable; and their quality of service is much better than I expected for a family business. They are professionals and follow the federally mandated guidelines for dealing and handling human remains. I was assited by lovely Maria Zarate. She was so compassionate and delightful to work with. They will not forcefully sell you on their products because they want you to a fell comfortable through the funeral and/or memorial process. The only critique I have is that they were a little slow on getting the death certificates (10 -14+ days), but everything else went smoothly.”

“My experience arranging my friend's son funeral was so overwhelming. However, Mr. Juan Beltran from Irving Calvary Funeral Home was super empathetic, companionate and extremely competent. He immediately put me at ease explaining the entire process from beginning to end, which included the transportation of the deceased party to Honduras. I live in California, and my Honduran friend lives in Ensenada, BC Mexico and her son was killed in Irving, TX. Needless to say, this was a super tragic and stressful event, but Mr. Juan Beltran was very supportive; he even conducted a long-distance communication with the victim's mother in Ensenada to coordinate the transportation of the deceased body to Honduras. Mr. Juan Beltran was like an angel that God had put on our path; he always responded to all of our questions and concerns via text, email and phone calls in a prompt manner. The deceased party arrived in Honduras within a week (as promised). Mr. Juan Beltran was always very honest regarding the entire process and never underdeliver; on the contrary, he exceeded my expectations. Thanks to their reasonable prices, the mother of the deceased party was able to say goodbye to her only son for one last time. Months later after the funeral, I had questions and needed some documents regarding the transportation of the deceased party and Mr. Juan Beltran was again very professional and responsive. Many companies will ignore or delay your request after the services were rendered and paid but it was not the case for Calvary Funeral Home. “After losing my father in 2016 my mother went to join him in Heaven in May of 2021. Brown's handled both of these tremendous losses for my family with such professionalism and respect that it allowed our family to focus on grieving and celebrating each of their lives. I don't give a lot of reviews but now that my family has trusted Brown's Memorial with such important stages of life's most difficult times I feel I must share our experiences with anyone and everyone that may have a need for any of the services they offer. My mother's biggest wish was to pass at home as oppose to a hospital or nursing home and she got just that. She passed away at her home with family by her side. Although I can't say it was easy to be present for that experience, I can say that I wouldn't change a thing because she got to leave this life exactly how she desired. Within minutes we were blessed to have Jonathan from Brown's Memorial show up with compassion and patience to begin the process of having her legacy and life peacefully laid to rest. The entire staff, especially Jonathan far exceeded all expectations of this process making it as easy as possible. He even helped us save money while providing a priceless process. From slowly driving her away in their beautiful, shiny black vehicle, to the final burial, they treated her just as one would expect for a queen. Obviously I'm grateful for having Brown's there when we needed them!”
