(June 6, 2019, 1:35 pm)I had Platinum come out and install a control 4 system for my house and my home theater and I could not be happier. They got all 5 of my tv’s, 2 Apple tv’s, 1-Roku, blu ray player, security cameras, security system, and thermostats all working together as one unit from one controller. I can also access it all from my iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and it all can be controlled by my amazon Alexa! It truly is amazing! I cannot wait until I get all the light switches in my house to be Control4 so I can have them setup those as well. Awesome company to work with. I can not recommend them enough!

They answered all my questions and installed everything the next business day. Platinum went above and beyond to assure my project was complete and operating on every device before they left. I am completely pleased with the service.

(July 18, 2018, 6:11 pm)Could not have had a better experience with Platinum. I was referred by a friend to the owner Kevin. Kevin responded promptly to an email and when he came to the house to give a quote, he was professional, knowledgeable and even arrived early! Regarding the quote, I appreciated that Kevin did not "upsell" me and instead gave me three clear, easy to understand options at different (and I believe reasonable) price points. Once I selected an option, the work was easy to schedule and the installation team was efficient, helpful in explaining how to use my new equipment and simply put nice guys. Platinum is now my go-to company for A/V, I highly recommended them.
