“This location has the best pizza in Lancaster. I always receive the same quality whenever I order from them even with them short staffed. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it comes to the door. Domino’s, Papa John’s stopped ordering from them a long time ago because they are careless. But Mr. Jim’s will always have my service for their consistency. Its a bit pricier than the some of the other places but worth it. Guest should always receive the same quality products every visit and Mr. Jim’s never misses.”

“My wife & I had decided on an Italian meal this night. Our meal was extremely delicious. She had the Chef's Special and I had Chicken Leonardo. We actually told each other several times that our meals were very good. In addition, our sever was real nice and good as well. “Great experience today! I can’t say enough good things about Princella! She was fast, very friendly, having a good time with her employees and CONSTANTLY moving and getting things done. She had a big lunch rush and she was still picking up and cleaning quickly in-between getting orders out quickly. She was checking on customer to make sure everything was great while she walked back from taking orders out. What a refreshing experience these days!!! Also, this place has been known in the past to be rather slow... NOT ANY MORE! Great job guys!”
