It was a great experience from start to finish, from the first phone call to make the appointment to the quick and easy set of the appointment. When I went in to drop off my pup they all made me and him feel welcomed and special. They even called me to give me updates, which was amazing and reassuring! They also went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the after care steps and made sure any questions I had were answered! Over all great staff and clean facility!
