“Customer service was above board from the start. Jose acknowledged me when I walked in, even though he was with an existing customer. As soon as he was available, he took the time to show me all of the options I had available to me. I came in looking to upgrade the size of tire and rims on my truck. He walked me through the different scenarios that I could choose from. I wanted to put 35's on my truck, but he showed me why I could only go as big as 33's. Unless, I got a lift. With the lift kit, 20" rims and 35's, I walked out with a deal only $200 more than other dealers wanted to charge me for just 33's and 20" rims alone. I feel like I stole something. 🤣🤣 I highly recommend Jose and Elite. They are legit.”
