Weird dusty smell in the room, otherwise it's clean, good service, felt safe, breakfast is just coffee granola bars and some Togo oatmeal but overall it's great value and the room is like a mini apartment.

Very clean building, I did come at a time where construction was being done on the roof smh but they made it very comfortable. The staff is great no matter how many times you lose your room key. Rooms are clean, I did wish more of the services was told to me at check in or how to get new stuff but the three ladies that work the desk are great Ms.Cookie the assistant manager is your go to for a comfortable stay. Would definitely use this location again. My biggest issues came from the internet it’s was extremely slow or not working at all and when you have an option to pay for the high speed at $34 for the month and don’t receive that speed or anything at all. I have stayed here for a few months now and I must say the service I have received has been exceptional.

I must say Cookie is absolutely wonderful from her customer service skills to her overall interpersonal skills. She is always a joy to interact with and if I need something she ensures its taken care of asap. It's been a long time since I received such wonderful customer service.
