I only left their agency when I dropped ALL my Germania Insurance policies due to their ridiculous over the top increases due to my "poor credit". I have an 837 out of 850 score at the three major credit reporting agencies. Germania uses Lexus reporting, it was inaccurate. I corrected their errors but the two items Germania used to increase my rates over 8% were that I had a Retail Credit card (Macy's) and that I had a car payment. What the h... does having a car payment have to do with homeowners insurance? Anyway, I went with my local Farm Bureau agent and got the EXACT SAME home, car, farm liability and 2nd home insurance for 50% less that Germania!!! But Costlow Insurance is an awesome agency.
