“My wife and I have been living here for over year. We have immensely enjoyed life here. It's very dog friendly and we have a beautiful view of the lake from our apartment. The grounds are always very clean with great landscaping. We love the paved walking path along the lake with nature all around it and go on it often. The office staff has always been very responsive, especially Celeste, she has been very welcoming and helpful, anything I've needed she has quickly resolved it for me. Bre, in the office, is also friendly and accommodating. I would like to add that Brian, who's on the maintenance staff, is very professional, courteous, and fast. Every maintenance request I have submitted he resolves within 1 or 2 days.”

“Great Daycare / Learning center! All 3 of my kids went there from the time they were 18 months old. The owners and desk staff are always smiling and excited to see your child arrive. Teachers have always seemed to be great. My oldest is now 20 in college, middle child going into HS and my youngest is 4 years old and presently enrolled there. Have never had a issue with this place since enrolling my first child here in 2001.”

Vinny, thank you so much for making one of my goals this year a reality. The director was amazing and worked his magic. To everyone I came in contact with at this office. “I've lived at Water's Edge Villas — a peaceful and safe gated community — for almost five years. During the first couple of years of my residency, ownership changed hands and a few property managers came and left, so things were not always timely handled. However, since Tina (current property manager) arrived on the scene, responsiveness has greatly improved and nothing is left undone. Tina is professional, courteous, and efficient; and she jumps through hoops to keep tenants happy. Eric (maintenance) is polite and proficient. I frequently see him out early in the morning making sure the grounds are clean and well maintained. Tina and Eric are quite a dynamic duo! The community has been almost totally renovated during my residency, save the abodes of a couple long-term tenants. The renovation includes new flooring, appliances, and fixtures (blinds, etc.) in all residences. The color scheme is pleasant and comfortable. Community amenities at Water's Edge include covered parking/garage (at an additional cost), a pool, playground, outdoor kitchen, and fitness center. The pool is typically open sometime in June through September (I believe), and is reasonably well maintained. The fitness center is only accessible through the pool area, and therefore is not always available. It would be great if the fitness center were more readily accessible…like a coded lock so tenants could have access at their convenience. Overall, Water's Edge is a great place with wonderful people.”
